Update
Instructions for the Windows Vista VPN Clients can now be found here:
http://www.bol.ucla.edu/services/vpn/confirm.html

As of February 2007, if you are using Windows Vista you will need to use to operating system’s built-in PPTP system to access the Campus VPN. There has not been an official release version of the Cisco VPN client, and campus has not supported the beta.

The pages for built-in PPTP for XP are here (Bruin Online does not support these instructions for Windows Vista Users, but they’re mostly the same):

Bruin Online is waiting for the official release of the VPN client for Windows Vista to support it. In the meantime, contact the BOL office if you have questions at (310) 267-HELP (4357) option 1, or at consult@ucla.edu. Bruin Online is putting together a contact list if you want to be contacted when Cisco ships an actual update of the client.

BOL has posted an updated version of the VPN client for Vista. You can find the new client here: http://www.bol.ucla.edu/services/vpn/confirm.html
