How Do I Post a New Article in Knowledge Base?
- Make sure there isn’t already an article on this topic.
- Look for similar articles, under alternate keywords or search terms in case it was written with a different vocabulary or from a different point of view. It may be that the article could be expanded to include your topic, or you may want to link to yours from it and vice-versa.
- Login
- Go to KB Center
- Click on Create an Article. It’s in the 2nd menu row, just under “Home” and “Articles”.
Tags: Make sure to add tags appropriate for the subject. Check the Tag Cloud if you don’t have a clear idea which ones to use, or make up your own.
