I recently received a Guest Logon ID request from a UCLA visitor. Why does the e-mail from BOL link to a blank page?

When a visitor to UCLA requests a Guest Logon ID, an e-mail is sent to to the e-mail address of his/her sponsor. If the sponsor uses Outlook to access the URL included in the e-mail, they will be re-directed to a blank page. This is caused by a URL length limitation in the Outlook client.

Sponsors will need to either copy and paste the URL into their web browser or access the Guest Logon ID creation page directly at:
