Problem:
User receives the following error when trying to install SpySweeper:

Setup has experienced an error Please do the following: Close any running programs. Empty your temporary folder. Check your internet connection. Then try to run the italicssetup again." At the bottom of the screen appears: “Error code -6001”.

This error indicates that there is a problem with the installshield program responsible for the Spysweeper installer.

Solution:
Rename the installshield folder (Program Files/Common Files/InstallShield) to something like InstallShield_old and restart the installer. This should reinstall the necessary install shield files so that the installer can run properly.
