Difficulty logging into kb.ucla.edu: security requirements error message

If you receive this message from Shibboleth when trying to log into kb.ucla.edu to create or edit an article (but other shib services are unaffected) and you get this error message:

“Shibboleth SSO request does not meet security requirements: Rejecting replayed message ID from issuer
https://kb.ucla.edu/shibboleth-sp”

Try these things first:

On Firefox:
*Make sure Javascript is enabled.

On Safari:
*Disable one or all Extensions (some are causing problems)

On Chrome:
*Under Privacy’s Content Settings: Plugins: ‘Run automatically’ must be set, AND ‘Cookies: ’Block third-party cookies and site data’ must be UNchecked
