HDC - Emerging Issues

The Help Desk Consortium is launching a new method for UCLA help desks to provide useful feedback a regular basis – similar to but different than the “Top 5” survey that we used to do on a monthly basis. Helpful information would include the relative success of existing projects as well as warning of growing issues on our collective radar that may turn into problems if not addressed.

The primary goal is to look for areas where regional or campus-wide initiatives might be able to help our departments by reducing redundant efforts and free us to spend more time on our “differentiating” services. To that end we’ve created a simple two question survey to initiate the feedback process, which can be found here.
