I can't login to a web application or the mainframe. It says my account has expired. What should I do?

Per security requirements, AIS performed a forced password reset
process on all OASIS logon IDs beginning this morning. The next time
you logon to an AIS application, you will be prompted to change your
password. Follow the instructions and your password will be reset.
If you’re logging into a web application using ISIS, please first go
to mainframe OASIS. Log in with your current password. You will
prompted to change it. Enter a new password that you haven’t used in
the last 4 months, and when prompted, re- enter the new password.
When you are notified that your password is successfully changed,
please wait 10-15 minutes for it to propagate to all servers, and then
go ahead and logon to your web application with your new OASIS
password.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, but it was a
security audit requirement, and it was to be done with no advance
